Today I proudly signed up as an official supporter of the #men4equality initiative organised by the Male Feminists Europe group.
This is a collection of European men who have decided not to participate in all-male panels at various industry events anymore.
A key aim of the group is to show men why it is so important to be aware of feminist concepts and that we should be supporting these concepts in our individual networks, families and work environments.
I am more than happy to be making this commitment, it is important and right. I know I have many male friends who are also serious about contributing towards this issue, who could continue to do so by supporting this initiative too.
